Safety and proper use are our top priorities. In addition to our high-quality products, we offer detailed usage instructions and guides. Our expert team is available to explain proper usage, offer tips, and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

What shipping methods do we use?

At Catty Precision, we post using Royal Mail, Evri & DPD. All orders received Monday – Friday before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link or reference number for your order. Along with text & email updates for your order.

Standard Delivery can take 5-7 days but usually orders are received before that.

Do you post on the weekend or bank holidays?

At Catty Precision, We do not post any orders on a bank holiday or at the weekend any orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be posted on a Monday.

Next Day Delivery

At Catty Precision, we offer a next day delivery service, If the order is received before 10.30am. Please be aware we cannot be held reasonable for delays with the courier once the parcel has been dropped off.

If you do not receive your order the next work day please contact us & we will raise a ticket with our shipping partners.

Damaged parcel upon delivery

At Catty Precision, we send out all our orders tracked & fully insured. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a parcel that has been damaged by the courier. Please report the damage to the courier immediately upon delivery & ask for a reference number.

Take photographs of all 4 side of the box before you open it, then then photographs of the content & email this to us at

support@cattyprecision.co.uk or send via What’s App, along with your name & order number within 24hrs of delivery.

Failure to report this to the courier & provide photographic evidence to us will void any claim for loss or damage through the insurance & we will not be held liable for the loss or damage.

Customers changing the delivery address or requesting parcels to be left in a safe place

At Catty Precision, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage if you have requested the parcel to be left in a safe location or delivered to an alternative address to that on your order.
